Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $165,000- $185,000 + Bonus(s)

Join their team, a respected general contractor with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest. They are seeking a Pipeline Superintendent to oversee utility and pipeline construction projects in the greater Portland area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field operations for pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
Supervise and schedule field crews and equipment.
Monitor daily productivity and project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Solve on-site challenges and maintain clear communication across teams.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 7 years of experience in pipeline or utility construction.
At least 3 years in a superintendent or crew leadership role.
Proven track record managing large-scale civil infrastructure or pipeline projects.
Experience with trenching, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), and utility installation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
