Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in seismic analysis and design, along with experience in preparing detailed plans and drawings. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Perform seismic analysis and design for various structures.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Civil/Structural Engineering; MS preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on seismic analysis and design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and RISA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
