Job Description: An experienced and dynamic Managing Director is sought to join the Investigations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forensic accounting, investigations, and litigation support, with previous experience in generating at least $4 million in revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Investigations team, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into fraud, financial misrepresentation, and other complex financial issues.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings and support clients in litigation matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of engagement management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CFE) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, and litigation support.
  • Proven ability to generate significant revenue, with a track record of generating at least $4 million in revenue.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
