Traffic Design Engineer (EIT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Management: Develop and implement traffic management plans to improve traffic flow and safety.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Data Analysis: Analyze traffic data to identify trends and develop solutions for traffic congestion and safety issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all traffic engineering projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Innovative Solutions: Utilize the latest technology and best practices to develop innovative traffic solutions.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Background in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or related fields, with familiarity in project management and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in traffic engineering software and tools, such as Synchro, VISSIM, and AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Performance Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and delivering traffic engineering projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Certification: Engineer in Training (EIT) license required, with Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $105,000 - $130,000
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses
