Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee land development projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct site inspections and manage quality control.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Focus on client relationships and client retention, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Mentor and manage junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
Handle large-scale residential subdivisions and commercial projects
Take on leadership roles
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in land development, with a focus on residential projects.
Strong project management skills and experience with project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
Drive, initiative, and a smart, A+ mentality.
Experience in both residential and commercial projects is preferred.
