Job Summary:
Seeking an Associate to support acquisitions of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in support of project management, relationship management, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize financial models for solar, wind, and storage projects.
- Help to identify and evaluate new renewable energy opportunities.
- Conduct research in developing insights and recommendations and present to senior management.
- Provide support in managing projects, including tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Working closely with team members to understand needs and provide necessary support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in renewable energy project development and/or acquisitions.
- Ability to analyze complex data and financial models.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
