About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping communities-leading the design and execution of land development projects, including residential subdivisions and drainage systems that enhance quality of life. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and mentor junior engineers as they grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drainage Planning: Ensure effective flood mitigation strategies are in place.
- AutoCAD & Civil3D Proficiency: Skilled in using industry-standard software throughout the project lifecycle.
- Erosion and Sediment Control: Knowledge of grading, soil stabilization, and sediment management techniques to support sustainable development.
