About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping communities-leading the design and execution of land development projects, including residential subdivisions and drainage systems that enhance quality of life. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and mentor junior engineers as they grow in their careers.

You'll bring technical expertise and a leadership mindset to drive successful outcomes across all phases of development, from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead project teams through all project phases-from initial planning and design to implementation.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Land Development Expertise: Proven experience with site layout and planning for residential or commercial developments.
  • Stormwater Management: Ability to create effective solutions for runoff and drainage challenges.
  • Subdivision Design: Design functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that meet regulatory and community needs.
  • Drainage Planning: Ensure effective flood mitigation strategies are in place.
  • AutoCAD & Civil3D Proficiency: Skilled in using industry-standard software throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Erosion and Sediment Control: Knowledge of grading, soil stabilization, and sediment management techniques to support sustainable development.
