Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their audiovisual needs and objectives.
Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, providing expert guidance and solutions to address their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized AV Live Events solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, working towards revenue growth and expansion.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of solutions.
Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, in the audiovisual Live Events Industry
Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of managing client accounts, exceeding sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools for effective account management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
