My client is a leading firm in property and damage consulting nationwide, specializing in building envelope assessment, water/moisture mapping, expert witness services, and more. They are dedicated to providing detailed analysis and innovative solutions to complex construction and damage issues.
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Envelope Consultant to join their team in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building envelope consulting and a passion for solving challenging problems. You will work on a variety of projects, including educational facilities, medical complexes, office buildings, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive building envelope assessments and evaluations.
- Perform damage causation analysis and moisture mapping.
- Collaborate with other engineers and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide expert witness services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building envelope consulting.
