Traffic Project Manager
A well-established engineering and design firm is looking for a results-driven, collaborative, and innovative professional to serve as a Regional Discipline Leader for its Traffic Planning division. This leadership role will be based in either Austin or San Antonio, Texas. They are looking for a Traffic Project Manager with a PE license, PTOE license is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage traffic planning staff and projects.
Drive business development, proposals, and contract execution.
Ensure quality, client satisfaction, profitability, and team productivity.
Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial performance.
Collaborate across teams and regions to share resources and expertise.
Mentor staff, manage performance, and support career development.
Uphold health and safety standards and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15+ years in traffic planning/engineering with TxDOT coordination.
7+ years managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.
Texas PE license required; PTOE preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
