Location: Midwest (ND, SD, MN, IA, NE - regional travel required)

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Superintendent with a strong background in water/wastewater treatment plant construction to oversee field operations on complex infrastructure projects across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic job site environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality public utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations on water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
Manage subcontractors, trades, materials, and site logistics.
Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans/specs.
Lead site safety, quality control, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and owner representatives.
Schedule and lead daily/weekly site meetings; maintain detailed field documentation.
Troubleshoot field issues and proactively drive solutions.
Mentor field crews and help maintain a high-performance, team-first jobsite culture.
Qualifications
5+ years of field supervision experience on water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
Proven ability to manage self-perform and subcontracted work scopes.
Strong knowledge of concrete, mechanical piping, civil/structural work, and process equipment.
Comfortable reading blueprints, specs, and interpreting shop drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Willingness to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
