Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead commercial and residential land development projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing design, permitting, and entitlements for site development projects.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinating with local municipalities and agencies for project approvals.
What We're Looking For:
- PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain through reciprocity).
- 5+ years of experience in land development (commercial and/or residential projects preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge in site/civil engineering, stormwater management, and permitting.
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
