Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ground Improvement Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground improvement techniques and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ground improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground improvement and project management.
- Strong knowledge of local soil conditions and foundation construction.
