Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of projects, from design through to completion. Responsibilities:

Required Expertise:
Water/Wastewater and Infrastructure Engineering: Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, particularly in water/wastewater systems and environmental services.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain long-term client relationships and effectively manage expectations.
Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance across all project phases.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes.
Proven experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and executing projects in a timely manner.
