Senior Scheduler opportunity with a 100% Employee Owned Firm

Job Description:

  • Track critical project activities and milestones
  • Support work groups with logistics for materials and equipment
  • Monitor program milestones and interdependencies
  • Analyze project planning, schedule updates, and delays
  • Provide alerts on schedule impacts and suggest alternatives
  • Interface with clients to manage contracts
  • Analyze delays and provide advanced warnings
  • Develop strategies for negotiating claims
  • Provide technical support in claims litigation
  • Prepare technical reports and lead project status meetings
  • QC scheduling work products and oversee junior scheduling staff

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in construction project/program management
  • Ability to develop complex schedules
  • CPM scheduling experience
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of contract procedures and principles
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of construction logic and sequencing for complex projects
