Job Title: Water Wastewater Project Manager
Location: North Carolina, USA
Our client is seeking out an experienced Water Wastewater Project Manager to join their dynamic team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate must oversee the overall success of civil engineering projects. This includes managing project budgets, schedules, client needs, coordination with permitting agencies and stakeholders and participating in strategic initiatives regarding the company. They must also possess a strong, proven track record in project management and be able to display strong leadership and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients on project requirements, regulations, schedules, and deadlines
- Attend project coordination meetings with clients, team members, agencies, and contractors
- Assist in due diligence research and identify potential risks
- Review site work bids from contractors
- Prepare and review technical specifications and reports
- Coordinate project workloads with team members
- Make independent engineering design decisions and communicate solutions to the Project Team leaders
- Manage construction administration responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in North Carolina.
- Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively with other disciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects.
- Strong communiication and organizational skills.
