Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Client Director, you will:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the water resources sector.
Project Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water resources projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing clear direction and guidance.
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning and Growth:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic vision for the water resources division.
Collaborate with leadership to identify market trends and adapt to emerging client needs.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical oversight and review of engineering designs, reports, and proposals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes related to water resources.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
