Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their Water/Wastewater team.
As a leading engineering and architecture firm with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to our clients, they are looking for someone who can lead multi-disciplinary teams and successfully manage complex treatment plant and pump station projects. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, coordinating events, leading client meetings, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee multi-discipline design projects focused on water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Provide technical engineering guidance, troubleshoot project challenges, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage project financials and address client change requests as needed.
- Participate in project management training sessions and related group meetings.
- Contribute to proposal development with input and support from marketing team.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal teams, officials, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- If applicable, serve as the technical engineering lead on specific projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience managing water and/or wastewater facility design projects.
- PE license holders are highly preferred; however, PMP candidates with equivalent technical skills and experience will also be considered.
