Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in water and wastewater engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and review for project designs.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Required Expertise:
- Water and Wastewater Engineering: Extensive experience in designing and managing facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of civil or environmental engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Strong leadership abilities and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- 8-12+ years of experience in the water and wastewater industry.
