Position Overview:
We are seeking a VDC Coordinator/Lead to manage and deliver a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and high-rise developments. Upcoming projects include cutting-edge research centers and stadiums. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in VDC/BIM and a passion for mechanical systems to join a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to manage and implement VDC/BIM processes for mechanical systems.
- Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and other software to create, coordinate, and optimize 3D models.
- Ensure project designs meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Leverage field expertise, particularly in plumbing systems, to improve design accuracy and project execution.
- Facilitate collaboration between project managers, field teams, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles, preferably within mechanical contracting or a similar industry.
- Field background is highly valued (plumbing expertise or strong interest is preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other related software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
