Position: Traveling Heavy Civil Project Engineer - United States
Salary: $85,000- $125,000 + Bonus(s) and Per Diem

Experience Needed:
- Proven Heavy Civil Project Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing heavy civil construction projects, including but not limited to highways, bridges, dams, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to oversee all project phases, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Travel Experience: Prior experience working on projects that require frequent travel across different states.
- Contract Administration: Experience in managing contracts, change orders, and ensuring project compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering: A degree from an accredited institution in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License: Possession of a Professional Engineer license in the United States is strongly preferred.
- Project Management Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in project management software for efficient project coordination and documentation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges during project execution.
