Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to a variety of transportation projects, from roadway design to traffic management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop and review transportation plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct traffic studies, analyze data, and develop recommendations for improving transportation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering.
- Strong proficiency in transportation engineering software and tools.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
