The Role
My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our Singapore-based team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge in water/wastewater treatment processes/chemicals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
