About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll lead and oversee T&D projects focused on heavy distribution and storm hardening initiatives. This role is tailor-made for professionals with experience working on projects for major utility providers like Florida Power & Light (FPL) or Duke Energy. Your ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables will be key in ensuring operational success.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Hands-on project management in T&D, with a strong emphasis on distribution and storm-hardening projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Background with EPC firms or power delivery contractors is highly desired.
- Utility Expertise: Familiarity with utility providers such as FPL or Duke Energy is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
