Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Perform technical reviews and provide guidance for structural analysis, design, and plans.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules to meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including ODOT standards.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to strategic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio or the ability to obtain within six months.
- 8+ years of experience in bridge engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and structural analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ODOT standards and procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in delivering successful bridge projects.
