Structural Engineer (Raleigh/Durham, NC)

Position Summary: Seeking a Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join their structural engineering team. The role involves designing for health care, pharmaceutical, and industrial manufacturing projects, with a focus on supporting current projects during design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and documentation for industrial clients, especially in food and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and experienced engineers.
- Oversee shop drawing reviews and participate in construction observation.
- Serve as the primary local contact for clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Professional Engineer licensure in structural engineering or eligibility for immediate licensure in NC.
- 5+ years' experience in structural engineering
- Experience with concrete, steel, and masonry design; wood design is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D software, structural engineering design software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
