Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Structural Project Manager to join our expanding structural engineering team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and integrating engineering activities to ensure project success. The role includes performing calculations, conducting code and material research, structural analysis, and overseeing the production of plans, specifications, and reports. Coordination with other design disciplines, independent work, task delegation, and mentoring of junior team members are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

- Pay range: $105,000 - $140,000+ depending on experience
Skills and Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineer Licensure
- 8-12 years of project experience with a consulting engineering or multi-discipline AE firm
- Experience with REVIT Structure (preferred)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and discipline-specific software
- Awareness of other design disciplines and their interrelationships
- Strong analytical and technical skills; proficiency with complex analysis methods and building codes
- Experience in analyzing and designing various building structures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
