Responsibilities:
- Perform structural calculations for client review and permitting.
- Coordinate with other engineers and architects.
- Develop structural designs and details from initial concept to final Construction Documents.
- Well versed in building codes and construction.
- Construction administration duties including review of shop drawings, responding to RFI's and construction sit observations.
Skill sets:
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, RAM Elements, Enercalc, RAM Structural Systems and RAM Concept and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication skills with architects, engineers and Owners.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
- Must be able to manage time and stay on task.
