About the Role
In the Project Manager position, you will…
play a pivotal role in performing and coordinating the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects. This includes coaching, training, and overseeing staff. In this position, you'll join a dynamic team of civil engineers, engaging in impactful and diverse projects across various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and approval processes for civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Facilitate communication with clients.
- Manage and design site layouts, grading, drainage systems, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control from initial concept to final completion.
- Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks, ensuring they stay within budget, schedule, and deadlines. Track budgets, schedules, and project timelines to prevent overruns.
- Draft and review reports and proposals, including feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports.
- Offer expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, including SWPPP preparation and water quality compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Professional Engineer license
- 6+ years of related site/civil land development experience
- Experience in site/civil engineering across diverse project sites, with skills in designing site layouts, grading, drainage systems, infrastructure, and erosion and sediment control from initial concept to final completion.
- Proficiency in stormwater management design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively from initial concept through to construction documentation.
