As a Service Sales Specialist in the field of power systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving service sales activities in the power system market. Your primary focus will be on power quality solutions for PG Grid Integration, aligning with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities encompass creating and executing marketing and sales plans, nurturing enduring customer relationships, resolving specific customer needs and issues, and identifying and cultivating service sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek short- and long-term opportunities to boost sales within your designated area of responsibility.
- Promote innovative solutions, aiding customers in their digital transformation journey.
- Determine target pricing and formulate winning bidding strategies.
- Develop a competitive bid strategy in collaboration with the service solution team and ensure its successful execution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
- Drive efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers effectively.
- Manage administrative procedures within the sales processes and offer support for collection and project management activities as required.
- Maintain and update opportunities in Salesforce and negotiate with both internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Oversee the sales and tendering process, coordinating closely with the Market Manager.
- Ensure the technical and financial aspects of offers are in line with company standards, encompassing prices and commercial conditions. Acquaint yourself with company tools for sales and tendering processes.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industry.
- A customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
