Job Title: Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Design and Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical guidance during the design phase.
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure project profitability.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations and reports on project status.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Construction Management:
- Oversee construction activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Extensive experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software.
Skills:
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local water/wastewater regulations.
Certifications:
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
