This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in civil drafting and a strong understanding of site design fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed CAD drawings for site layouts, grading, utilities, and roadways.
- Create, edit, and analyze terrain surfaces; manage contours and perform surface analysis.
- Design grading models for complex sites, including grading for drainage solutions.
- Generate road and utility alignments, create profiles, and ensure precise grading.
- Design utility layouts (water, sewer, stormwater) using Civil 3D.
- Perform earthwork calculations, including cut/fill analysis and volume assessments.
Requirements:
