Job Description: They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Water Treatment Project Manager to lead and manage the water treatment projects in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment engineering, project management, team leadership, client interaction, and business development.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water treatment projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of water treatment systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in water treatment engineering and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale water treatment projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
