Job Title: Senior Technology Systems Designer
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex design projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Mentor and guide Technology and A/V Systems Designers.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams to create innovative A/V and technology solutions.
- Ensure designs meet codes, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Review construction documents and shop drawings to align with design goals.
- Support business development by engaging new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Contribute to RFPs, project pursuits, and risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, technology, media arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience designing and installing A/V and technology systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of CSI 3-part specifications.
- Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for designing cutting-edge A/V systems.
