Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of utility-scale solar projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design AC and DC electrical systems, including medium- and high-voltage components.
- Manage grid interconnection processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support feasibility studies, layouts, and cost estimates for project development.
- Review designs for quality, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years in electrical engineering, ideally focusing on utility-scale solar projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and other electrical codes and standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
