Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering water and wastewater projects to our clients. You will lead project teams, oversee project budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage water and wastewater projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks as they arise.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Mentor and coach junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local and state regulatory requirements.
