Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead Design Efforts: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water/wastewater treatment systems, conveyance, and infrastructure projects.
- Drive Business Development: Develop and nurture client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead proposal development to expand our water/wastewater portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, alignment with project goals, and delivery of innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline (Master's preferred).
- PE license required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including design, project management, and business development.
- Proven success in leading design teams, managing budgets, and interfacing with clients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor staff and foster long-term client relationships.
- Deep understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Georgia.
