We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in Critical Power, Power Distribution, UPS, and Modular Construction Delivery. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and ensuring profitable outcomes for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all project phases from planning to close-out.
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Develop project documentation and manage resources.
- Conduct site surveys, budget forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Identify cost-saving measures and quality improvements.
- Partner with customers to manage project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and documentation.
- Maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Acquire necessary permits and ensure timely inspections.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in construction, specifically in Electrical Systems, Power Distribution, and/or Critical Power.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- 5+ years of related experience with a Master's Degree.
- Proven experience in complex markets (Federal, Government, Commercial, Mission Critical).
- Experience managing projects with budgets from $2M to $30M+.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
