With exciting headcount goals in 2025, our client is looking for an experienced Sr Project Engineer that's ready to join the team and support our project pipeline most of which is currently being developed or actively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME based on your discipline (civil, electrical, structural etc.) when it comes to making engineering recommendations, supporting RFPs, and other technical aspects.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of renewable energy projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and expertise as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of engineering experience.
- Four-year Engineering degree.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: if applying as an electrical/mechanical engineer: solar/photovoltaic projects development, design review, high-voltage transmission/substation, relay settings, equipment, SCADA systems, relay configuration, electrical maintenance & operations, power generation protection, power system studies, commissioning exposure.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas - if applying as a civil/structural engineer: civil/site design from consulting firm, permitting, foundations/structures, steel analysis, renewable energy land development, civil 3D design, renewable energy site development or design.
- Experience using two of the following: AutoCAD, Civil3D, PVSyst, Helioscope, ETAP, SKM, RISA 3D, PLS-CADD, Civil3D, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with renewable energy.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- PE Licensed (not required, but again, a plus).
