Job Title: Senior Project Architect - Healthcare
Salary: $130,000 - $145,000
Summary :An award winning, multi-office firm in Raleigh, NC is searching for a Senior Architect that wants to join a firm that specializes in creating places that support, enhance and inspire healing, learning and discovery. This role will develop and oversee design ideas, architectural documentation, and the executable delivery of projects in our markets.
The project architect will:
- Coordinate with all project team members
- Execute design intent with respect to the overall scope of the project, the schedule, and the budget
- Coordinate construction administration efforts
- Oversee delivery of coordinated quality design documents
- Mentor younger staff and other architectural team members
The Project Architect will have the following qualifications:
- Accredited Bachelors or Master Degree of Architecture
- Professional Licensure. NCARB is preferred
- 12-15 years of related expereince
- Background in healthcare is preferred
- Experience on larger projects, with more oversight of the project scope
