With a strong footprint across 53 office locations in 25 states and counting, they're looking to continue growing their Georgia water presence. They are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to drive the execution of municipal water and wastewater projects in Georgia and working on the largest and complex projects across the US with a multi award winning firm. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage engineering tasks across projects of various scopes and complexities.
- Lead the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, and pumping stations, as well as provide support during the construction phase.
- Develop engineering designs, prepare reports, create plans, specifications, and cost estimates for multiple projects.
- Draft technical documentation, analyse data, and ensure smooth project execution, including construction management.
- Work closely with and oversee the activities of junior engineers, designers, and technical staff on specific assignments.
- Provide engineering expertise during construction activities and support field efforts, including pilot testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, including analytical thinking and problem-solving.
