We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Landscape Architect to join our Dallas office. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of diverse landscape architecture projects from concept through completion.
Design Excellence: Develop and present innovative design concepts that align with client goals and community needs.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and project outcomes.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Technical Expertise: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA/RLA) required.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technically sound project work.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS) and technical documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
