Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on construction contracts and disputes.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Atlanta.
