Position Overview: As a Senior Building Envelope Consultant, you will be part of the consulting division, working on projects that include steel testing, new construction consulting, and more. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of building enclosures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive building envelope assessments to identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform detailed steel and infrared testing to ensure the structural integrity and thermal performance of building enclosures.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on new construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the production team, including drafting and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and review technical reports, specifications, and drawings related to building envelope systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited university.
- Registration: Registered Professional Engineer or Architect preferred
- Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Licensure: IIBEC Credentials preferred
