We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our client's team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver complete, accurate, and well-coordinated documents on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods to provide expert advice to clients.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in design and documentation of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality design and architectural drawings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Currently seeking license to become a Registered Architect (preferred).
