Our client is a leading provider of solar mounting systems and components, committed to driving the renewable energy transition. With a strong presence in the global solar market, they are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to expand their reach within the B2B distribution and wholesaler sector in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the company's presence in the B2B distributor and wholesaler market.
Identify and establish strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key stakeholders in the German solar industry.
Drive revenue growth through the sale of solar mounting systems, structures, and other solar components.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Provide technical product guidance and training to distributors and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align business strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales within the solar industry, preferably in mounting systems, structures, or other solar components.
Strong network and established relationships with solar distributors and wholesalers in Germany.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Technical knowledge of solar mounting solutions and solar components is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally within Europe as required.
