Working with an EPC client seeking a Safety Manager for utility-scale solar projects in Maryland and the Northeast. You will develop safety programs, conduct site inspections, and lead staff training sessions. Requires 4+ years of Safety Manager experience, knowledge of utility scale solar installations, and effective communication skills. Field and office work required with occasional regional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks
- Lead staff training sessions to ensure awareness of potential hazards and safe work practices
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with construction team, project managers, and stakeholders to prioritize safety
Qualifications:
