Key Responsibilities:
- Manage O&M activities in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate asset management and O&M tasks to ensure performance targets are met.
- Maintain optimal asset performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize safety and environmental considerations.
- Oversee and optimize the operational expenses (OPEX) for assigned assets to maximize production efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage OPEX budgets and forecasts, analyzing production data and making adjustments as needed.
- Monitor power market generation, load, and congestion, handle production reporting, invoicing for PPAs, and manage both planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments and third-party Asset Managers to oversee material workflows and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, grid requirements, and manage insurance policies, along with planning O&M services and spare parts.
- Supervise external O&M contractors, collaborate with the renewable energy control room for technical support, and participate in technical and operational meetings.
- Proactively address risks related to health, safety, the environment, and public safety, while updating company policies and regulations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management within the solar, wind, or BESS sectors.
