Civil Project Manager, PE - Land Development: $115-135k
An ASCE Award winning civil consulting team is seeking a project manager to join their successful team in Corona. The firm has developed strong relationships with clients in public and private (Residential, Commercial, multifamily, industrial) development through dedicated high level work as well as their additional survey and dry-utilities teams. The company has gained the trust of their clients with hands-on support from project managers and maintains a healthy workload to ensure each project receives due care.
The Project Manager will:
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time with a matrixed team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and client teams, overseeing construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation.
- Perform conceptual and preliminary engineering design studies, considering land use, zoning, site constraints, infrastructure requirements, and regulatory issues.
- Prepare and process regulatory and public improvement plans for both private and public projects.
- Conduct constructability reviews to evaluate design feasibility before construction.
- Provide construction support services, including project management, quality control, and contractor coordination.
The Project Manager should have…
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- PE License in California (or plan to receive within 6 months of employment)
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Have a working knowledge of client and industry standards related to design and construction, and negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overages.
- Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
