Title: Senior Project Manager
A major developer of solar power projects in Japan is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager. You will be overseeing and managing the full project cycle of PV projects. You will also have to maintain collaborative relationships with EPC and O&M contractors to ensure success to the designated projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the permitting and approvals for the projects
- Ensure review and approval of engineering deliverables
- Negotiation with contractors and monitor contractual changes and obligations
- Ensure insurance policies and claims are maintained
- Retain all project-related documentation in an organized manner per company procedures
- Additional or modified responsibilities may be assigned based on need.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Experienced in project and asset management
